North Sea, AIM listed E&P Client, MoOC Process Creation & HSE Audit Support
We developed and implemented a Management of Organisational Change (MoOC) Process for an energy client. This process was used to manage complex change to a Major Accident Hazard COMAH site and received commendation for its rigour following an audit by the Health and Safety Executive. This process has since been further developed and successfully used for two stock listed energy companies seeking to change their organisational structure.

The project initially diagnosed the ‘pinch points’ in the process, through a set of structured, independent stakeholder interviews, and subsequently allowed the client to streamline and document the process to increase efficiency, reduce associated conflict, demonstrating our expertise in business process re-engineering.
