Change Energy managed a business unit transformation for a client operating in the Energy Sector. The Programme was framed and driven with 8 workstreams, utilising a capability based approach to business transformation working through areas such as commercial, infrastructure, business processes, and organisational capability. The programme successfully co-ordinated numerous improvements which led to 20% sustained year on year Opex savings, and a long term owner aligned strategy for the asset.

Through the application of technical risk reduction studies, Change Energy enabled a reduction in Opex for an operator client. Following clear framing of the problem, Change Energy recommended studies to the client which could enhance the existing emergency response arrangements, while reducing Operating costs. The change implemented subsequently increased safety for the ER team while reducing operational expenditure requirements significantly.
