North Sea, AIM listed E&P Client, Complex Business Transformation
We recently partnered with an AIM listed energy client to facilitate a complex business transformation on a legacy midstream asset. The success of this project led to us being asked to assist on a company-wide transformation. Throughout this process, Change Energy tracked key metrics, provided risk assessment tools which enabled the achievement of the scheduled 'go live' date for the new organisation.

We assisted a main exchange listed energy client in re-organising prior to a major acquisition. The newly designed organisational structure enabled the client to leverage existing functional resources, successfully transitioning the two organisations into one unified structure. Our Management of Organisational Change (MoOC) process was fundamental to the change being carried out in a controlled, structured manner ensuring the risks associated with organisational change were mitigated and managed.

We assisted a service sector client to reset a contract delivery team, which led to significant growth for the client. The team was later awarded 'team of the year' for their achievements, showcasing our expertise in team creation and revitalisation.
